When HR administers tests that are too difficult, it is because they don't want you in. Their testing process is a mere circus.

If you are a very intelligent person with a high IQ and you encounter such a test, complain to a board of psychometricians. The test can be invalidated within the contexts of culture and frames of reference. The test can also be invalidated against the actual job description.

The HR testing officers will be punished. Because, in the first place, they themselves would never pass such tests.
